Want A Cuppa Mocca?

Mocca is done. Frankly speaking, I'm not completely satisfied with how it turned out. I just felt like something is missing. At first, I had plan to knit a cardi but changed my mind half way through and decided to do a pull over instead. Anyways, I'm glad it fits me perfectly and really comfy to wear. The wool is definitely warm enough for chilly days.

Pattern : Wide Collar Pullover
Yarn : 6 balls Tahki Davos Thick and Thin
Needles : us9 bamboo circulars

I found my new favourite LYS. This smorning when I was on my to the library, I stopped by at Main Street Knits in Pleasanton. One of the new LYS that I have yet visit. The atmosphere of MSK is cozy and inviting. It is well stocked with all of the latest in yarns and books. They have a bunch of Rowans, Debbie Bliss and louisa Harding's yarn which I really wanted to try. I was having so much fun untill I completely forgot I have a camera in my bag. I promise to take some shot during my next visit.

Okay back to my SEX talk. I spotted these Kid Merino once I stepped into the store. Well, to be honest I seriously have no intention to buy anymore yarn. I was just thinking to check out this new place.....yeah blah blah blah...but what the heck it's onsale for $6.50 a ball. How can I pass up this great offer, right? So I caved in, got myself 4 balls of Misty Blue and 2 balls of Misty Lilac. There are so many fabulous shade. I really wanted to buy more but too bad most of them left with just one or two balls. The yardage of kid merino is almost the same as ksh. I'm planning to knit Aimee with Misty Blue. The infamous Butterfly lace cami with Misty Lilac.

Remember Lace leaves? Is all done. I have yet to block it out. More picture very soon. Have a good weekend, everyone!

Mocca looks so good, especially the collar and the ribbing that goes all the way up to just below the bustline. Congrats on your own design. Look forward to what you're going to knit with that sweet Misty yarn.

Great design on Mocca, I like specially the navy collar.
It's hard to walk out from LYS with empty hands, isn't it? I got some yarn yesterday too. :D

Wow-what a feast for the eyes! I think your design turned out fantastic! I love it.

Lucky you, to have found such a great LYS. The closest nice shop to me is an hour away.

Your scarf is super, and I really should cast on for that! It's lovely.

The speed in which you knit is insane. I'm jealous!
